They are able to handle all my service requests efficiently and very timely. I used to have to wait weeks to months to get certain things done with my previous insurer but they are able to provide me with the documentation I need within days if not hours. "New resident in the north Atlanta area and was quoted by my current company double what i was paying in my current state and honestly i started to get overwhelm with thinking that i would have to pay 228 monthly without haven ever being in an accident and 0 points on my licence in over 4 years. After speaking with Jennifer would quote me the expect amount i was paying back home was amazing! Her customer service was excellent throughout the whole conversion and was very knowledgeable about all the products. I highly recommend every agent at this location! 10 stars!!"
